Welcome to Slimmer’s Perfect Point
1.1 By enrolling in any weight loss program, personal training, or nutrition service at Slimmer’s Perfect Point (“Center”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”, “Member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updated terms will be posted on our website and app. Continued use means acceptance.
1.3 Membership is non-transferable unless approved in writing by management.
2.1 Slimmer’s Perfect Point is a fitness and wellness center, not a medical facility.
2.2 You must consult your physician before starting any weight loss program, exercise routine, or diet plan, especially if you have diabetes, heart conditions, high/low BP, pregnancy, injuries, or are on medication.
2.3 Our trainers and nutritionists are not doctors. Advice given is for general fitness and lifestyle guidance only. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
2.4 You agree to disclose all medical conditions, injuries, and medications on the PAR-Q form. Withholding information may result in termination without refund.
2.5 Results vary. Weight loss depends on age, metabolism, adherence, genetics, and medical factors. We do not guarantee specific weight loss or timeframes.
3.1 All fees must be paid in full before program start. We accept UPI, cards, cash, and bank transfer.
3.2 No Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once the program starts, except where required by law.
3.3 Pausing: Membership can be paused once for up to 15 days with 7 days prior notice for medical reasons only. Doctor’s certificate required.
3.4 Expiry: Weight loss packages expire in 90 days from start date unless specified. Unused sessions lapse.
3.5 Late payment fee: ₹500 after 5 days past due date.
4.1 Follow trainer instructions and gym rules. Unsafe behavior may lead to immediate termination.
4.2 You are responsible for your belongings. The Center is not liable for loss or theft.
4.3 Photography or video recording of other members without consent is prohibited.
4.4 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for misconduct, hygiene issues, or violation of terms.
5.1 You understand exercise involves risk of injury, heart attack, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slimmer’s Perfect Point, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained on premises or from following our programs, except in cases of gross negligence.
5.3 You agree to indemnify the Center against claims arising from your breach of these terms.
6.1 Meal plans are suggestions only. We do not force dietary restrictions. Allergies are your responsibility to disclose.
6.2 We do not sell prescription weight loss drugs. Any supplements recommended are optional. Please consult your doctor before use.
7.1 We collect name, age, weight, photos, and health information to track progress. Data is stored securely and never sold.
7.2 Progress photos may be used for marketing only with your written consent. You may revoke consent anytime.

8.1 You may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refund will be provided for the remaining period.
8.2 We may terminate membership for medical risk, non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive behavior. No refund in such cases.
9.1 These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
